The CAF16SLR is an S-Band feed developed for a 10M prime focus antenna system which receives data from a series of satellites performing ionosphere research. This antenna can be used for satellite monitoring and CES (Calibration Earth Station), fixed 2-way voice/internet communications, mobile 2-way voice/internet communications, and tactical applications. Features include a high-performance scalar feed design, dual frequency band ortho-mode transducer, low-loss compact polarizer, and integrated coax access ports.
