The HAA18LR incorporates eight helix shaped feeds into one antenna. A coaxial power divider is used to ensure equal power distribution to each helix. A filter assembly has been added to reject C-Band transmit frequencies when the array is mounted to a cassegrain horn. This antenna comes sealed in a UV stable plastic radome, and is backed by an aluminum ground plane for mounting.
